Welcome to WiseCare. By subscribing to our services (“Membership”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.

Nature of the Service

WiseCare provides a subscription-based membership service designed to facilitate access to emergency healthcare services through trusted local partners.

WiseCare is not an insurance company, and this membership does not constitute an insurance product or offer under any jurisdiction’s insurance laws or regulations.

Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals residing in Europe or North America who wish to provide healthcare access to family members in home countries in jurisdictions covered by WiseCare partners.

Services Provided

Through your Membership, your designated family members may access emergency healthcare services from our local partners, subject to the terms of the relevant partner agreements and availability.

Payment & Subscription

Membership fees are payable monthly, bi-annually or annually as selected. Payments are collected by WiseCare, and services are provided locally by third-party healthcare administrators. Membership fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at WiseCare’s sole discretion.

No Guarantee of Services

While WiseCare strives to partner with trusted providers, we do not guarantee the availability, quality, or outcome of any healthcare services. All medical decisions and treatment are the responsibility of the local providers and the beneficiary’s family.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WiseCare shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the Membership or any services provided by third parties.

Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your Membership at any time via your account or by contacting support.
WiseCare may suspend or terminate Membership for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.

Compliance & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By subscribing, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

WiseCare may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
